Emily K. Newton
I am an assistant professor of Psychology at Stevenson University. Currently, I teach courses on human development across the lifespan, socioemotional development in childhood, general psychology, and writing in psychology.
My research focuses on the development of and individual differences in prosocial behavior in infants and young children, and the relationship between those behaviors and social cognition and caregiver-child relationships.
